Sanders Wallis was hired as an Account Executive at the Wallis Printing Company in Atlanta, Georgia in the spring of 2010, two years after he graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Management.
As Sanders Wallis knows, an Account Executive does a lot of sales work for the company, and early on he received a bonus for make the most sales of the staff. “My objective as a salesperson is to supply my client with whatever print need that client may have, and in the most efficient manner possible,” he says. He was also able to generate new business for the firm through networking, cold calling, and old-fashioned legwork. Among the new clients that he developed for Wallis Printing were IHG, Delta, and his alma mater, the University of Georgia. He says that he was able to establish long term relationships with each of these new clients that enabled the company to realize a consistent cycle of return.
Before coming to work for the Wallis Printing Company, Sanders Wallis worked for Cbeyond, Inc., in Atlanta as a Senior Sales Consultant. He generated personal sales revenues exceeding over a million dollars by executing a strategic sales model, emphasizing industry networking, referral sales, Customer Resource Management technology, and performance forecasting. In 2009 he was one of the company’s Top 5 sales representatives, outperforming sixty other sales representatives and placing in the top fifty of more than 1,200 representatives.
Today, Sanders Wallis is still with the Wallis Printing Company as its Director of New Business Development, a position he has held for more than three years.
